The breakfast and service are the best. I'm an American from Florida, a Diamond member, and I get the best rates with Hilton honors. My Colombian wife and I have been coming here for our whole journey; she's an American citizen. They give us the attention we deserve and want, and it feels safe and familiar, like home. We can enjoy five-star restaurants and the santandarian area while staying here. I could write this review a thousand different ways, but the feeling is always amazing.

A beautiful hotel with really nice staff. My friend arrived before I did, and the team worked with us so they could use my card for the transaction.

The staff were polite and helpful throughout, but a couple of things made the stay disappointing. There was no safe in my room, and on day two we had no water in the bathroom or shower until 11:30 a.m. That was a significant inconvenience.

The rest of our three-night stay went well, but the start had a few problems. Check-in was held up by computer trouble and we waited 20 minutes. Dinner service wasn't available on the first night because of an issue with the chef.
