Hotel Blue Reef by On vacation

The food was really bad, and most of the employees treated us poorly. Reception was impolite and disrespectful, while the kitchen staff were rude and kept shutting the dining room earlier than expected. With the all-inclusive setup, it was inconvenient to return for lunch if we’d gone out in the morning. The hotel is about a 20-30 minute walk from the main beach and the centre. The building and facilities are quite nice, with a lovely pool, pretty garden, and friendly cats. Our room was small but fine for sleeping and showering. The bed was standard size and okay, though a leak under the sink kept the floor wet. There was no hot water in the shower!!! 😰

The rooms were consistently very clean, and it was a really nice hotel. I just wish the pools had been cleaner and there had been more variety in the food.

The people working there tried their best, but their resources seemed limited. The hotel itself needs maintenance and is falling apart: the pool water was dirty, the room bathrooms were in very bad shape, and the doors were in poor condition. There was no hot water, and the food was very bad. We also had a day without electricity, so I left before using all the days I’d paid for. Vacations need a better place.

It’s peaceful, with an awesome sunset view. The town is a bit far, but still walkable.
