It's good.

The food was terrible, and the location felt so unsafe that you couldn't even go out. I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this place, even though it was covered by health insurance. Don't let them send you there. The place was crawling with bedbugs and cockroaches, and guests were sick and covered in rashes. Employees were abusive and inappropriate, going into rooms and then speaking rudely when people complained. Public health officials should inspect it and shut it down. Show people some respect.

The rooms were bad, the service was awful, and the whole stay was a terrible experience. What a shame that the health insurance company sends people to such a lousy hotel.

I'm a healthcare user and a Coosalud customer, and I'm really dissatisfied. I got authorization from my EPS the day before I was due to arrive, then called to confirm and was told the service was denied. If they hadn't been paid, they should have let users know several days earlier.
