The included breakfast was tasty, with plenty of variety, and the location worked well, near the city center with transportation and restaurants easy to reach. I found it a good value in Bucaramanga and would recommend it. At Hotel Prados del Chicamocha, the staff were warm and professional throughout. My room was clean and comfortable, and had what I needed for a pleasant stay. I had an excellent experience.

The receptionist treated guests terribly and provided awful customer service. He should be fired.

It was awful, honestly. The beds were terrible, there was a bad smell, and I wouldn't recommend the place. A night was 90,000, though the currency wasn't specified.

The nightclub district location meant blaring reggaeton, so resting or sleeping was out of the question. Inside, the beds were harder than a board, and the rooms had no windows. Dampness and the overpowering smell of air freshener and scented detergent made it feel like sleeping in a warehouse full of cheap perfume. I couldn't understand how anyone could stay in such a disgusting pigsty. For all that money, the service was awful and the place wasn't worth it. I absolutely don't recommend it.
