That hotel is really ugly.

I paid on Rappi for a room with air conditioning. At the front desk, they said they'd put us in a different room for the same price, and that’s what they did. The listing was misleading and the service was terrible. I won’t stay there again.

For the price, the cleaning and the condition of the closets really aren't good. The location isn't great either, so honestly I wouldn't recommend it.

We found it easy to get around from this hotel in the city center, near shopping areas and tourist spots. The staff were very courteous and offered laundry service as an option.
