I loved this place. It's beautiful, the service was great, and the location is super.

The service stood out most, it was superb. The place was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent.

We only stayed one day, but slept comfortably. There was air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi.

I had to find somewhere else to stay when I got to Buga, even though I had booked and confirmed a room for one person through Booking.com for January 18, 2025. I was coming for a sporting event and wanted to make sure I had a place. I asked about parking because I was traveling by motorcycle, and they answered my questions after the booking. Then, an hour before check-in, while I was on my way to Buga, someone messaged me on WhatsApp to say the accommodation was full. They said they hadn't noticed my reservation and had given the room to someone else because I hadn't paid in advance. Nobody had asked me for payment or contacted me about it during those four months. When I tried to clear things up, they wouldn't answer my questions and just told me to cancel. So I had to cancel, and Booking.com charged me? Great. The owner offered me a hotel across town instead. I wouldn't recommend this if you don't want to risk sleeping on the street. The owner does whatever he wants with customers.
