The staff were accommodating, and the room service was excellent. My room was clean, and they made sure I had fresh sheets and soap, with food brought to my suite. The hotel is in a quiet, safe area that works well for tourists, with beautiful surroundings and a great view. Thanks to the staff for their recommendations and for making my trip to Colombia with the guys unforgettable.

The owner was extremely kind. He went out of his way to introduce me to Cali culture and help me have a safe, fun time here. The hotel is centrally located in a safe zone.

For the modest price, the accommodations are fairly good. The hotel is in a quiet, safe area, and my room was clean, though old, with some old furniture. If that doesn't bother you, it's a clean, budget-friendly place to stay.

For the price, the place is decent. The problem was the owners. An employee told me a small laundry load would cost 10-15 mil pesos, then the owner said it would be 20. He came across as rude and arrogant, like he didn't care what his employee had told me or whether guests were happy.

A cozy room and a good breakfast, all at a price that felt more than fair. A great place to stop on vacation.
