The location felt safe and made it easy to find public transport or a taxi. Breakfast was included, and the fridge was stocked with drinks. The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. My apartment was in immaculate condition, with hot water in both the kitchen area and shower room.
The studio apartments are spacious, and the location is good, but there's a lot that needs attention. The air conditioner was broken, old, and taped together. The toilet was missing its rim, and one of the living room windows had no glass. Parking was inconvenient, and breakfast was the same every day. By the second day, they were charging extra for orange juice. The young man working in the restaurant, who also handles the bags, seemed grumpy and had poor customer service. Really, the space and location are the only good parts. There's plenty of room for improvement.
The rooms are pleasant and spacious, the staff are highly qualified in guest service, and the food is delicious. Rates are very good too. This excellent hotel is close to downtown Cali and the airport, in one of the city's safest and most exclusive neighborhoods.
The studio apartment was comfortable and well maintained, and the service was excellent. I got the best rate on the market, and breakfast was very good. I stayed at the hotel this December and had a great time. Highly recommend the ajiaco, it's delicious!
Visiting Cali was even more enjoyable thanks to you. I had an unbeatable stay at Hotel La Cuarta Avenida. The receptionists were attentive and really friendly. I hope to come back soon!
