I loved how easy the AC was to adjust, and the closet was tucked away with plenty of room for my luggage and belongings. The junior suite felt more elegant than a stay at the Intercontinental or Spiwak. The rooms were gorgeous, spotless, and thoughtfully put together, even down to the lightly scented sheets. The staff were so warm and kind, and my food was always good. It’s in a lovely part of Santa Monica where people walk and jog. I honestly don’t know what I did to deserve a stay like this, but I’ll keep coming back. 10/10.

We stayed here with family, and even though none of them speak English or Spanish, the staff were incredibly kind to us. I’d recommend giving the hotel a try. Muchas gracias!!

The food and atmosphere made for a great evening. I tried the Jalisco Mule and Valencia cocktails, both delicious, and the paella was exquisite. The pork knuckle's coating was perfect, though the meat was perhaps a little dry. Service was excellent and the music was great. The terrace has the Patio Andaluz restaurant-bar, open Fridays and Saturdays from 5 PM, with a guest artist around 8 PM. Downstairs, the café opens daily, with breakfast from 6:30 AM. A charming place with lovely decor and a beautiful view. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very nice, and the food was excellent. This time around the organization was better, service was quicker, and everyone seemed eager to work. They’ve made a clear improvement and started the year off well.
