The staff were kind and honest. I left my expensive headphones in the room, and they kept them safe until I could come back for them. I felt safe throughout my stay, and the hotel itself is cozy and stylish, with a nice lobby and terrace. It’s also conveniently close to the Arrecife mall and Olímpica supermarket. The walls are thin, so sounds from the street and other rooms carry easily. Light sleepers might want earplugs or to ask for a quieter room. Otherwise, it was a comfortable, affordable place to stay in Santa Martha, and I had a great experience.
