I rented room 6B from May 15 to May 20, 2026, and it had a long list of problems. The fridge was broken, the Wi-Fi never worked, and neither the owner nor the person in charge responded when we messaged. In the main bathroom, the toilet rim was broken, the ceiling was falling down, the shower wouldn’t drain, and the door didn’t lock. The balcony screen also wouldn’t lock, and there was no toilet paper in either bathroom. The pots and pans were in really bad shape. The person in charge took our clothes to be washed, but they came back three days later still wet and smelly. Jordan and friends should be ashamed to rent the room without taking proper care of it. After this experience, we don’t want to deal with Santa Marta anymore.

The pool was very clean, without too much chlorine, and worked well for the kids. We had a spectacular stay with the family in a spacious, comfortable place right on the beachfront. It wasn’t too noisy, and we could choose between the air conditioning and a fan. Fantastic.

Apartment 12a Penthouse has spacious, comfortable rooms and air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms. The living room and downstairs bedroom need AC too. The TVs should also be replaced since they aren’t smart TVs. Apart from that, everything was great.

It’s easy to find what you need nearby since the building is in a commercial area, and the beach is half a block away. The apartments are in excellent condition, with cleanliness, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The staff and other people are very friendly, and the pool has a great view.
