It's close to Chipichape mall, though I found the rooms a bit expensive.

I've stayed at several Ayenda hotels in different cities and never had an experience this bad. The service was awful: staff dealt with guests in pajamas, were rude, and seemed reluctant to open the door. They even asked how many times we'd be coming and going. The facilities weren't adequate, and the staff sleeping area was incredibly messy.

The air conditioning didn't work, there's no parking, and the place felt unsafe. The whole hotel reeked of food, almost like a restaurant, and the service was terrible. They wouldn't refund my money, which felt like they had stolen it. I wouldn't recommend it.

There was constant noise from the car dealership on the first floor, and the facilities looked neglected and very average. The family running the place kept things very clean, but it seemed the owner hadn't invested in it for a long time. The owner was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous with customers, but charged upfront, which struck me as unusual for a hotel. I left quite upset. It's one of the worst places I've stayed in recent years.
