There were bedbugs. Reception returned our money, but gave no apology or explanation. With no other room available, we left the hostel in the middle of the night.

For the price, it was perfect for a month-long stay. The staff were really friendly and helped with everything.

The room was quiet, cozy, and nice. When I had an issue with the shower head, they upgraded me for free. They really care about their guests, and the service was excellent.

I really liked staying here!! 🌸 It’s a calm, relaxed place to rest, and the rooms are clean. The staff are very nice and friendly.

We ended up staying a whole week and felt right at home, with the hammocks, roof terrace, two equipped kitchens, plenty of plants, and a friendly cat. The hostel is in one of Cali’s best and safest neighborhoods, close to a supermarket, dance school, Parque Los Perros, and shops. It’s cozy and homely, and not a party place. Reception is open 24/7, but things quiet down and the lights go out at 11pm. Thanks for the great service!
