Please bring your own essentials. They charged us for everything, including the bottle of water and iced tea left in the room, and even the soap. We assumed those things were complimentary, but at checkout, before we left for the airport, they asked us to pay. They also sent someone to search the room. If they leave drinks, snacks, or anything else there, please don't use or eat it unless you're ready to be charged.

I paid over 300,000 pesos for one night with my family, and it didn't feel worth it. I waited more than 20 minutes for kitchen service because they didn't have hot water ready. The pool was closed early after they put bleach in to clean it at 8 pm, even though I had been told it closed at 9:30.

The staff were really nice, and it's a solid place to stay in Cali. They helped my girlfriend decorate our room, which made my birthday extra special.

It's a clean, comfortable hotel with lots of extras, and the location is handy, close to Fifth Avenue, the main north-south route. Some of the staff speak English and were incredibly accommodating.

Amazing customer service and views! After my girlfriend didn't feel good about the first unit, the manager moved us to a newer one.
