For the price, the place is okay, and the rooms are nice. The air conditioning doesn't cool them enough. It's within walking distance of the center, though not right next to it. There are pools for adults and two children's pools with fountains and other features. The water wasn't as clear as it should be, so the pools need cleaning more often, though they weren't unclean.

The children had a great time on the water slides and in the pools during the day. We were four adults and two children, staying a couple of days ago. The hotel services, though, made this the worst hotel experience I've had. At 2:00 AM, we had to get up and bail water out of our room after an employee left a tap running and the whole first floor flooded. The air conditioning wasn't adequate, the pillows were the worst I've ever seen, and the sheets smelled unwashed. Another family arrived at 2:00 AM drunk, singing and playing their car radio beside the rooms. We couldn't sleep, and the person in charge said nothing to them. The owner has put effort into the slides and pools, but the hotel's overall quality undoes that work. I'd pay for a day pass, but wouldn't stay overnight.

The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were friendly. The guy at the cafeteria and sweets stand was very attentive. The room itself was comfortable, but the receptionist last night was incredibly rude. It was a shame to wake her just to ask her to open the door so we could get into the parking lot. The daytime reception staff were fine, but the night receptionist was downright uncouth. The water slides were great, though they need more safety measures. There was just one lifeguard for five pools. Pool cleaning was poor, and none of the umbrellas worked. You arrive with high expectations and get brought back down to earth pretty quickly.
