Palacio Rosa was designed as a 1970s techno-futuristic building, with spaces originally meant for single residents or studio apartments. It opened in 1978. After being used more for commercial offices over the years, it has increasingly returned to housing in the last 10 years, as demand has grown and more companies work remotely.

The neighborhood is great for tourists, and the doormen are friendly. This is an old building in downtown Cali with apartments for both short and long-term rental. Parking can be a bit chaotic.

There are several businesses offering different services in Palacio Rosa, including Boca's Clinic. This iconic Cali landmark is easy to reach by public transportation, and the staff are well-trained and incredibly friendly. Excellent staff and top-notch service. We highly recommend the building.
