The decor was nice, and the hotel is close enough to walk to a few grocery stores and a liquor store. We stayed one night. The staff were friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was freshly made. There is parking, but only a few spaces. Someone tried to take the Ford logo from our vehicle overnight. It was inside a fenced area facing reception, and staff couldn't answer our questions about it. It was very strange, unless it was someone from the hotel.

I spent 20 nights here and found the hotel clean, safe, comfortable, and accommodating. The internet was amazing, and the TV had lots of choices, even NFL games. The front desk staff were friendly and resourceful, but Fabio and Juan went above and beyond. They were very professional and still felt like welcoming friends whenever they were at the desk. They even used their phone apps to help me order food delivery, then brought it up to my room. Juan also made sure I had a fresh pot of coffee in the evenings. They don't usually offer refrigerators, but because we were staying so long, Juan went out of his way to bring one to our room three days after we arrived. Fabio and Juan are the nicest hotel staff I've ever met in my travels.

The location made getting around Cali easy and affordable, and be sure to visit the Alameda market and football (soccer) stadium. I stayed a week and really liked my spacious room, which had a private second-floor balcony.

We loved the style of this new, clean, small, family-like Central Hotel. The beds were incredible, and the water pressure was great. They even serve breakfast. One of the best salsa schools, son de luz, is just around the corner. Definitely recommend it!
