We only stayed one night before heading out on a three-day jungle tour. We had originally booked la Esperanza 1, then were moved to la Esperanza 2, but check-in went smoothly and we weren't asked to pay extra, unlike what other comments described. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean with working air conditioning and a fridge. The location worked well too, about a five-minute walk from parks, cafes, and restaurants.

The price was below many other hotels near the city center, though I still felt it was a little high for what was offered. Staff were friendly, and the hotel is close to the center of Leticia and Santander Park. My room had a fridge and a TV with good cable channels. The bathroom was small and not very clean.

The staff were very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, with air conditioning and a nice bathroom. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work.

The air conditioning worked very well and was quiet, though the rooms face inward. It's a convenient, quiet area, and the hostel itself is quite clean with comfortable rooms. The Wi-Fi was quite poor, and breakfast was sparse and didn't offer much variety. I thought the value for money was good, but in my experience it was quite noisy, with music or television playing all day from very early in the morning.
