The hot water in my shower didn’t work, and that’s a deal breaker for me, so I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ll try another hotel on my next trip to Cali. I stayed for two nights and wasn’t sure what to expect since it seems new and doesn’t have many reviews. The staff were really friendly, especially the helpful woman at the front desk. Breakfast was above average compared with other hotels in this price range, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. I paid COP 102,500 per night, which seemed reasonable. There was secure underground parking and the Wi-Fi worked well. The downtown location didn’t feel very safe for walking after dark.

They charge extra for laundry without telling you in advance. Breakfast also isn’t free if you ask for a refill, more eggs, or even another plate. Those come with extra charges too.

The room was a good price and the service was good. I had the standard room, which was small, and the bathroom had no extraction system.

There was no outside-facing window, and the water wasn’t hot.

We were attending an event at the hotel and were told to take the elevator to the sixth floor, then use the stairs to reach the seventh. When we arrived on six, the elevator trapped us and started dropping suddenly. After staff got us out, they said we were at the weight limit. The elevator itself said it could carry eight people; there were six of us, and we weren’t at the maximum weight. If they aren’t going to warn guests that the elevator is broken and are going to blame customers for using it, they should rethink the service they provide.
