The water pressure was so weak that I gave up filling the hot tub in my room after 40 minutes. Such a waste. My room, 101, was beside the shared kitchen, and the walls are really thin. I could hear everything, including people starting breakfast at 6 am. I was on vacation and had several late nights, so that was rough.

The staff were so nice, and my room was lovely. The hotel itself is really cute and pretty. The beds were hard, though, and there was no soundproofing. A nearby party hall had fireworks and kept the party going all night. One day the water went out, and after a bad storm the power did too. They had no generator. Still, the people were nice.

Loved the pool and the service. It's in a great, safe neighborhood too.

The rooms are huge, and there's a pool. Everything was very clean, with air conditioning, hot water, and great service.

Wi-Fi was spotty, and the service could be more formal and efficient. The hotel is in a very quiet part of Cali, south of the city near Jamudí, but bring food and drinks because they aren't easy to get there at night. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and have double beds. They also come with air conditioning, a fridge, and a TV. The bathroom is large, with a wardrobe and a strong shower.
