Orchids are all over this really pretty place. The entrance is inexpensive, and a tour guide is available at no charge. I learned some very interesting things about them.

They offer lodging, and tours cost $15,000 per person. The guide was friendly and knew a lot. I also learned that orchids have different personalities, and there are so many miniature varieties. The flowers are beautiful, and I love that the place supplies free water to over 2,000 families in the two neighborhoods next door.

After walking through the enormous garden with a guide who explained the orchids and other plants, we got to see birds too. You can cool off with a swim in the pool afterward. I really enjoyed the tour, and anyone into nature, especially orchids, should love this place.

I wish I'd had enough time to stay overnight. The garden is peaceful and feels wild, with orchids and birds all around. Diba, the guide and lab technician, is passionate, friendly, speaks several languages, and has some funny quirks. Her way of talking about her work and art is really amusing. The food was great and very reasonably priced, and the fresh juice is made right there. I highly recommend visiting.

Getting there and back was a hassle because neither taxi driver could easily find the place. Still, it's definitely worth visiting. We went about a week ago and really liked the orchid variety, the trails, feeding fish in the pond, and spending time with the employees.
