The room felt modern and was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The shower had hot water with good pressure, too. We arrived before check-in, but the staff kindly kept our luggage for us. Breakfast was included, fantastic, and served efficiently. Great hotel with such friendly, helpful staff. We'd stay again.

The noise outside was intense, and I could hear everything from my room. I was glad I had my boss sleep buds, because without them I don't think I would've slept. Check-in also took a while. Still, I really liked the hotel and felt safe there. The staff were very nice and ready to do almost anything to make the stay comfortable.

We were there for the Artistic rollerskating world championship, and the hotel handled all our requests. They lent us a conference room and offered free water refills, among other things. The service was excellent, and the staff were kind and polite. A great hotel.
