TERRIBLE HOTEL There were bedbugs in our room, and the staff wouldn't help or move us to another room. We showed them several dead bugs we found on the bed one morning, but they still did nothing. There was no hot water either, and the room had no windows.

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were really friendly. It's clean, very central, and not too noisy. I liked it! Just keep in mind there was no hot water, as with most hotels here, and the jacuzzi was a bit broken.

The location makes this a really convenient place, close to everything, and tour pickups can come right to the hotel or nearby. I found check-in and checkout seamless, and they let me have a guest, which not many places allow. The front desk staff were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast runs from 7 to 9:30 am. I was worried about noise and AC after reading earlier comments, but neither was an issue for me. The AC worked well, my room was clean, and any noise wasn't too bad. They only left two towels in the room, but I asked for more and got them right away. What a cute hotel. Highly recommended, and I'd be glad to stay again.

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was included with a pretty good range of options. It’s close to all the tourist attractions while still feeling private and away from the noise.

The staff were lovely, and the location is amazing. That's where most of the value is. The rooms aren't very practical and are missing a few basics, including a hairdryer and hand towel. Breakfast was alright.
