I booked through expedia, but my room wasn't available when I arrived. I understand that can happen, but I paid for a night I never stayed. Expedia wouldn't refund me, and the staff wouldn't either. I ended up canceling my card to get my money back.

I've been staying here a couple of nights each week lately, and it's just right for me. It's cosy and comfortable, with a large kitchen and helpful staff. Mary is especially sweet and makes everyone feel at home. The location is great, right by La 70 and Estadio metro station. Definitely recommended!

The room was such a disappointment. It was really dirty and poorly kept, with hair and toothpaste around the sink, dirty plug wholes, and dirt in every corner. When we raised the issue of finding cockroaches in the room, the host was extremely unresponsive. We gave up the money and stayed somewhere else for the second night. I wouldn't recommend it.

The other side was perfect, with air conditioning and a TV, though the place was a bit dirty before we arrived. I just went there, and it is very well located, with a store across the street.

They canceled our reservation without telling us beforehand. Because of their lack of responsibility, we had to find somewhere to stay at the last minute.
