There are no elevators, and I was on the fourth floor. The neighborhood had loud music and traffic, and the doors and windows weren't soundproof. On the plus side, the rooms were clean, coffee and laundry service were available, and the apartment setup worked well. Staff were polite and answered my questions. You can also have a guest over if you want. It was an okay stay despite those drawbacks, just not the greatest. Four stars.

The location is very convenient, and the people were good. Noise from outside wasn't too intrusive, but hearing the neighbors was the most annoying part. I was woken several times at night or in the morning by people coming and going. The kitchen was a bit lackluster too, since my stove didn't work. It's a fine place to stay, but the architecture leaves a lot to be desired.

I've enjoyed both of my stays in Medellin. Jenyfer is always smiling and very friendly, and the staff at the front desk are all pretty good at speaking English. Everyone is friendly.

The rooms weren't bad, but they were very dark and not well kept. The location is close to everything, though perhaps too close: the walls are thin, and the music blared until well past 4 am. I had a horrendous stay, thankfully just two nights. I booked this location by mistake instead of the primavera property right down the street. The service made it worse. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, and I felt she went out of her way to make me uncomfortable. I'd ask for towels, she'd say she'd send them up, but they never arrived. I had my laundry cleaned and it came back wet. She also knocked on my door hours before checkout to tell me I had to check out. I felt she did all this because I asked to be transferred to the other property, which had plenty of availability.
