Breakfast had lots of options and really good coffee, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. David was especially helpful from the start. He suggested a great guide for our Comuna 13 tour and even sketched a little map so we could get there ourselves by metro. That made exploring easy and fun. We were on the fifth floor and barely heard the rooftop party one night. It wrapped up at midnight, so even light sleepers should be fine. The pool looked nice, but felt more like a photo spot than somewhere to swim. With tables around and people eating nearby, using it felt a little awkward, though it stays open until 7 PM. The location in El Poblado felt very safe, and we could walk to restaurants, the metro, and lots of points of interest. The rooms are very small, but the bathrooms are surprisingly spacious. That was fine for us since we mostly used the hotel to sleep between activities. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Haven A Design in Medellín.

The food was delicious, with quality ingredients and care put into how it was served. Everyone on staff was welcoming and helpful, and we felt at home right away. Haven Hotel is in a convenient central spot in El Poblado, close enough to walk to restaurants, cafés, and attractions, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The rooms range from elegant, classic styles to luxurious, modern ones, and the cleanliness stood out immediately. A real gem for design and comfort. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely stay again.

The view of Medellin is breathtaking, and the lively atmosphere makes this a fun place for food, nightlife, and great music. The staff are welcoming, polite, and attentive. It was my first time at the Roof Top Bar, and I’ll definitely be back.

The banana chips were such a good surprise, fresh, crispy, and honestly the best I’ve had. The cocktails were delicious too, and 360 Rooftop has an incredible view that makes a great backdrop for sunset or a night out. Definitely worth checking out for the scenery, drinks, and snacks.

Juan Camilo really makes a difference at the 360 rooftop. He’s approachable and authentic, and gives top tier service to customers and vacationers. It’s definitely a worthwhile hangout among the great spots in el poblado. Come visit, you won’t be disappointed.
