The included breakfast was a great touch, and the staff were kind. I liked the decorations, dining room, and location, and the hotel's interior was very nice. The room looked pleasant at first glance and was very clean. I'd definitely recommend it.

The room itself was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. It was extremely noisy: the only window opened onto the corridor, had no curtain, and wouldn’t shut because the latch was broken, so hallway light and sound came straight in. Breakfast was just an arepa and scrambled eggs, with no choice. Service was awful. The receptionist was rude and mumbled from his seat, arms folded or behind his head. There was no card machine, so he sent me out alone at night to find an ATM without telling me where one was. When I reported that the toilet wouldn’t flush, he just mumbled that it was easy to fix and kept the same unpleasant attitude. They say reception is open 24 hours, but shut the door at 9 p.m. even after I called to say I was ten minutes away and asked them to wait.

The bed was great, and the room was too. The hotel was spotless and in a great location, and the staff were excellent. Everything was great 😃
