Arcadia Hotel

I can't give this place more stars right now. My stay cost me precious vacation time, and I had to use a lot of emotional diplomacy to get through it. I changed my rating from zero to three after the owners apologized for how they handled the reserve water needed because of regional waterworks. They dealt with it well after I complained and refunded my money. I hope they learn from this so future guests can enjoy their stay without any hassle. I had promised the cook the day before that I'd have dinner there, so I went back. The hotel still had no water, while every other hotel seemed to have it. I'd already showered twice somewhere else. The cook said there was no dinner menu but offered to fry fish. Then she went out, I heard whispers, and she and the man at reception told me there was no fish left. It seemed very suspicious, so I just left.
