We needed somewhere for 20 missionaries for a week, and this place did the job, but we'll go elsewhere next time. The photos look good, yet the property is run-down and has problems all over. The only reliably working thing was the A/C in each room, and the fit and finish is pretty ugly. The stove top was broken, and the fridge/freezer quit after we'd bought $1000 worth of food for the group. The pool was pleasant but small. One guest had some kind of bug bite her all over for a full week. Showers had no hot water, which is common in Cartagena. The electric front gates, both the pedestrian gate and car entrance, didn't work and were hard to open.

Everything was filthy and in bad shape, and the service was terrible. This place is a complete dump. Don't stay here. The photos aren't real. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.

They should remove those photos and show what the place actually looks like. There isn't a pool, the rooms are about 10 square meters and look like a motel, and there are no windows facing outside. The photos make it seem like the rooms are on upper floors, but the whole place is only one floor. None of it matches what was advertised. It's a complete scam, and I wouldn't recommend it. Stop scamming people.
