It’s easy to reach from the airport, and transportation is inexpensive, which is handy for travelers. The location also makes it easy to get around the city. My room was nice, comfortable and clean, just right for a quiet rest, and the staff were very attentive. I had a very good, pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

I love the countryside, and the hotel’s large green grounds have a wide variety of fruit trees. We spent a day there with a BBQ and bonfire, which made for a peaceful family outing. The staff were attentive, and the manager was always available to answer questions or suggest places to visit. We were in Armenia, Quindío for our first trip to the Coffee Region, and the hotel was a great base, with plenty of parking and excellent help from the receptionist. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was Wi-Fi throughout. The pool and jacuzzis made a great first impression, and the 24-hour restaurant let us grab a light meal before heading out to the Coffee Park and other tourist spots. After we got back, we enjoyed the sauna and Turkish bath. The game room has ping-pong, bowling, billiards, board games and a hockey table. It was a very nice experience, and I recommend the hotel.

The room was bright and clean 😋, and the area around the hotel is beautiful. My partner and I stayed for 3 nights, with a great location for visiting the Coffee Park and Salento. We’ll be back!

I loved the natural surroundings and the social area, and the food was delicious. Room service was a little slow, though.
