We loved our romantic getaway here. The restored building is beautiful, with distinctive architectural details throughout, and the rooms are decorated with lovely, high-quality touches. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The location is hard to beat, a real hidden gem. There’s a restaurant, "El Clero," with a broad and unusual range of food, and we enjoyed the spa. The terrace and pool area also has a bar serving exotic drinks and other amenities.

Ray spoke wonderful English and helped us find our way as we explored Cartagena's beautiful streets on foot. The staff were off the charts from arrival through departure: they welcomed us with a refreshing drink, made check-in and checkout easy, served a fantastic included breakfast, and did a great job cleaning. We'd love to stay again and will pick this hotel on our next visit.

The staff were wonderful, and the whole place had such a relaxing feel. The hotel was beautiful and elegant, and the stay felt like a 10/10 from start to finish. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it.

We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, then come back somewhere peaceful instead of staying right in the middle of the crowds. The location made it easy to explore Getsamani, Centerio park, and the historic districts. The hotel was beautifully kept, and every team member we met was kind and helpful. We were comfortable and happy the whole time. I’d highly recommend it for a Cartagena visit.

The coffees were so good, and honestly I can't think of a single complaint. It’s a perfect base for seeing the city, with wonderful staff. Rey and Nataly, along with everyone else, were five star.
