Casa Rosa Hotel

A decent budget hotel, with cute decor and a rooftop terrace where you can relax. It’s walkable to the beach and all through the old town. Breakfast on the second floor balcony was good, eggs with a side and fruit. Water bottles are available for purchase at the front desk. The main downsides were noise and weak Wi-Fi. The hotel has an open courtyard, so you can hear guests or staff talking outside. Music from a nearby bar or club carried late into the night, and even my earplugs couldn’t block it. There was no daily room service either.

We got two large rooms for $80 US Dollars total, with breakfast included. The rooms were spacious and had A/C, and the management staff was awesome. The hotel is right by " El Malecon" and the lovely pedestrian streets lined with restaurants, bars, and places to dance, as well as "Lovers Park". A must stay.

We were out most of the time, so the room facing another wall didn't bother us. Location and service mattered more to us, and both were great. Luisa, the hostes, greeted us cheerfully, was ultra friendly, and replied really quickly. Breakfast was very good, especially the best Arepa con Huevo ♡. For the price, this is a winner!

The terrace was beautiful, and breakfast there came with lots of delicious options. We loved staying here and felt right at home. Laura was patient and kind while we practiced our Spanish.
