The location inside the Walls is really handy, with restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and evening events in the square nearby. You can walk anywhere inside the Walls from Casa Boutique. The place is pleasant and comfortable, and the helpful people made the stay nice. It's clean, too. Breakfast is simple, with just one kind of fruit, bread, jelly, and eggs, but it was good and prepared the way you like. I recommend it.

I stayed just one night after a wedding, and it was perfect for crashing. Everything was very clean, and Mariolis was so sweet to make me a really good breakfast. The pool is VERY SMALL, but VERY clean. I'd totally stay here again.

Many clients ask for this hotel again when they return to Cartagena. We always recommend it, and it's one of the few places that has never caused us any problems. The pool is available 24 hours, and we especially recommend the large first-floor room.

The hotel is small, with simple facilities and breakfast, which could be improved with a bit of effort. It might have been pleasant if the service hadn't been so bad. The woman who serves breakfast and handles cleaning was in such a bad mood that we couldn't arrange breakfast just 10 minutes earlier for our outing. We couldn't even ask for butter, another glass of juice, or water. A little politeness, warmth, and kindness wouldn't hurt, especially for people working with the public, most of whom are tourists.
