The hotel is brand new, and we really enjoyed our stay at this Faranda Collection property in Cartagena. The attentive staff and the beach just a few steps away made everything feel great. It’s about a 10-15 minute ride from the airport and roughly the same distance from the main tourist spots. Excellent location. I highly recommend staying at any Faranda Collection hotel.

Everyone was exceptionally nice, from Amalia and Jesus at reception to Bryan at the front and Donna in the restaurant. The customer service was the best. I definitely recommend the hotel, and I’ll be back.

A complete disaster of a place. One of the worst hotels ever. AVOID! Expedia lists it as being in Centro, but it isn’t. It’s at least 30 minutes away depending on traffic, which made arrival a huge mess and stressful. You’ll be stuck sorting out transport. The WiFi was unusable, they couldn’t organize anything, and the food was average at best. The hotel is meant to be new but looks 20 years out of date. The pool was poor, and rooms weren’t serviced properly or on time. It was so bad I had to laugh.

I paid for a room with a balcony, but they never gave me one. When I asked for a refund, they kept offering me a free dinner. I don’t want dinner, I want my money back.

The beds were really comfortable, and the luxury felt like five stars without unreasonable prices. It’s a little outside the city, but taxis are so cheap. Book it, you won’t regret it. Five stars, highly recommend.
