The location is good, and the family who owns the hostel are nice. The rest is very basic. The rooms are humid, and the toilets aren't always clean. You have to bring toilet paper with you every time you go. The kitchen is awful, with hardly any utensils, almost no cutlery, and apparently just one plastic cup.

The room smelled bad and felt wet, and the air conditioning smelled so awful we left it off. The kitchen was a joke. Worst hostel I've had in Colombia so far, it was really ugly. Pick any other hostel.

Hostal La Muralla worked well for a one-night stay. It was easy to walk around from there, and the room was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. A practical choice in a handy spot.

The location and service were good, but the place felt like a tenement, with clothes hanging from balconies and a messy, unpleasant feel. For the price they charge, that was disappointing.
