It’s busy around the hotel in the daytime, with lots to see and do, but nice and quiet at night. The location and atmosphere were both perfect. The people were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was incredible, and my room was very nice. It’s a beautiful building with great balconies, but not so large that it’s hard to get around. One of my all-time favorites.

My daughters got sick, and the staff kept checking on us, bringing fresh towels and even food to our room. They were caring, incredibly friendly, and gave us top quality service. This place felt like home, and it’s one of a kind. The daily breakfast was delicious, everything worked, including the AC, TV, and Wi-Fi, and it’s within walking distance of the beach. Humble but beautiful, and it really feels like you’re in Cartagena. I wish I could give it 10 stars. We’ll definitely be back!

The rooms are comfortable, and breakfast is included in the price. The kitchen ladies are great, though the administration less so. Make sure your reservation lists the right number of people and beds. The beds are small, and extra services make the stay more expensive.
