The staff were helpful and friendly in every way, and the rooms were clean and affordable for such a central location. This little boutique hotel is a great place to stay in Cartagena, right in the middle of the beautiful city. Highly recommend it.

The price was great, the location amazing, and the staff very nice. I really wanted to give five stars, but some problems weren’t resolved. We had to switch rooms because the toilet was leaking. The suite was very loud, while the standard room was fine, but its TV didn’t work. We’d paid for a suite and were moved to a standard room without a price adjustment.

Coffee and tea were always available, which was a nice bonus, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were standard for what we paid, and we had a great stay in an amazing location. The only issue was that the doors didn’t seal well. People coming back at 2am would definitely wake you up.

The staff are very friendly, and the rooms were clean, though a little small and without a refrigerator. The AC takes a while to cool the room, and the door locks could be better. You can get into the room from outside without a key without much difficulty.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the WiFi good. The location is great for walking around the old town, but it gets LOUD at night. We were there on a Saturday and the party outside our window went on until 5am. We didn’t sleep at all.
