There's a great view, and there's a beach behind the building. The water looks more like New Jersey bay water than the ocean. The place is a bit run down, with pigeons all over the sides of the buildings.

El Laguito is a small neighborhood in Cartagena, with lots of vacation rental apartments aimed at tourists. This building sits toward the far end, and taxis are always available outside. The building staff provide security and good service.

Some of the staff are really cool, though others are very unfriendly. There are barely any seats by the pool, and the building needs repairs and better maintenance. It's okay otherwise.

Check-in went smoothly. I also liked that you need a security card to use the elevator.

There wasn't any service, as is the case with other Airbnb or apartment rentals, so that's why I gave service just 1 star.
