San Felicin Hostel

Rooms are a decent size, and there’s a supermarket and shopping center about a five-minute walk away. I liked that it’s close to the walled city, with a rooftop bar and restaurant looking over the old fort, lit up at night. I’d stay here again.

I felt unsafe here and thought I’d booked an Airbnb with a host, but this turned out to be a hostel. The location was bad, and I’d be cautious during the day and definitely take a taxi from door to door at night. I think I was misled. The address was wrong too, and another bus was needed. Someone redirected me to pay in a car at an entrance on another street. The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi and TV worked. The first room offered had no outside window. I know that’s common, but for what I paid I expected more, so I refused it. I can’t recommend the place. There are better options for not much more, and I’m now going back to the old city for a little more than this cost.

The roof was a nice spot, but it got very loud at night since it also operates as a restaurant and bar. Wi-Fi was poor. The room itself was clean and large, and breakfast was okay for the standard, though the coffee tasted bad. You can walk to the old town and Getsemaní in just a few minutes.

We couldn't sleep at all. They'd told us the music would stop at 11 pm, but now they're saying it goes on until 2 am. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Please don't come here, choose somewhere better and closer.
