We only went up to the rooftop for drinks and appetizers, and it was a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was inviting, and the views were beautiful. Cocktails were delicious, and the appetizers were better than expected. A nice place to unwind with friends and take in the scenery. The hotel itself is charming. If you're there on a Friday or Saturday, check out the piano bar downstairs. I'd definitely recommend stopping by.

The location made exploring easy, with Getsemani and its famous Umbrella Street close by, plus street food and good restaurants just steps away. Our balcony looked onto a lively, picturesque street full of tourists, which gave the view a fun, vibrant feel. The balcony itself had lovely artwork that brought warmth and character to our beautiful room. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. They even prepared breakfast for us to take to the airport, a thoughtful touch. Everything was clean, comfortable, and carefully maintained. We also enjoyed the live music on Saturday evening. From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable. I'd gladly return and recommend it to friends and family.

The people made the stay. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive, from reception and room service to the rooftop team. The hotel is beautiful, and the colorful, lively rooms made everything feel special. The rooftop has a relaxed feel during the day, then comes alive with great music and atmosphere in the evening. We'd love to come back!

The rooftop is the highlight for me. You get breathtaking views across the city's domes, and it's a great place for cocktails as the sun goes down. The staff are welcoming and make you feel part of the local scene. Townhouse is one of the coolest spots in Cartagena’s Old City. The rooms have loads of personality, with beautiful design and attention to detail. It's chic, fun, and perfectly located.

The terrace and its lovely view became our favorite place to relax, and the included breakfast was a very complete start to the day. María sorted out our transportation, so every trip there and back was smooth and easy. Yesid's recommendations made exploring the city more special, and Lau welcomed us warmly when we arrived. The daily cleaning was impeccable, and everything felt carefully planned. Each corner has its own style and artistic touch. The whole stay exceeded our expectations and left us wanting to return.
