At 3am I needed to get up for meetings, and Alejandra and Jesus set up a little space where I could take calls without waking my partner. The staff were incredibly attentive and did everything they could to accommodate us. Their care reminded us of the Four Seasons. We'll definitely come back!

Breakfast has some variety, but it really isn't very good. There are much better breakfast spots in Cucuta. Even so, everything else is very good: clean, comfortable, modern, and secure. Faranda is now my number one hotel in Cucuta. Good job!

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, good A/C, and a balcony. Clean and elegante, really nice.

The restaurant has amazing views, and the area is really convenient. Everything was so clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were lovely at both reception and the restaurant. Housekeeping were helpful and very nice, and security made the place feel safe while being super nice too.
