Great price, and there are lots of food options at the four corners around the street, plus groceries nearby across the street. The hotel is very nice and the staff are excellent. I highly recommend casa nini.

The staff are so rude, speaking to you like you're begging for handouts. I had a terrible experience here. Skip this place if you can, it's awful.

The customer service was terrible. I know hotels have set schedules, but I had a particular need: a room from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a few hours during the day, not overnight, and without affecting another guest. They simply said it wasn't possible. A bit of flexibility, or even an option like early check-in for an extra fee or an hourly rate, would have helped. Travelers don't all follow standard schedules, and a little empathy or willingness to find a solution would have made a big difference.
