The gym was great, and the location worked really well, close to a major shopping center in a very safe area. Breakfast had plenty of choices for different tastes and religious restrictions. The facilities were clean, and the staff gave excellent attention. We had a great stay.

The manager greeted us so warmly, and the whole staff was friendly and hospitable. We paid five times more at another hotel brand during this vacation, but the service there still wasn't as good as it was here. The rooms were excellent, breakfast was great, and the AC worked fantastically. This raised my expectations for Hampton hotels. We'll be back.

The lobby being on the 12th floor was an interesting touch. I arrived in the morning even though my reservation was for 3 pm, and the front desk man let me check in early. He stored my bag and gave me a receipt, then I could walk around and get my bearings while I waited for the room. It was ready early, and they sent a handy text to my WhatsApp. I badly needed those extra comfortable hours. That first impression carried through my three-night stay: everything was perfect, with not one complaint. The photos and videos are mostly from the reception area on the 12th floor. I'll definitely be back.
