I booked three days with breakfast. The first room was dark and bare, like a depressing cell, and had no fridge or coffee maker. The second was only a little better: it had a fridge, but the cooling mechanism rattled and vibrated loudly whenever the thermostat stopped the motor, so I unplugged it. I only tried breakfast once. The dining room was grubby, the staff served disgusting gruel, and the fruit was either an unpeeled orange or mushy watermelon. The coffee from the flask tasted boiled. The internet was out for two of my three days, and there was no hot water in the afternoon. The building may say 'Ramada', but this was nothing like any Ramada I've known. Simply put, it's a dump.

Rooms are on the small side but comfortable, and the buffet was nice. The staff were great, and the location is handy, with all sorts of shops nearby. It wasn't noisy at night. The internet was a little slow, but manageable, and the hotel has what you need.

The food is good and cheap, and the people working there are always kind and helpful. It's very central, so you can get around easily, and I've had nice stays whenever I go. The place is clean, too. My one complaint is that the new administration removed the coffee makers from the rooms, and those were really necessary.

The AC works really well, and there wasn't any smell like in some other places. It's a beautiful, clean hotel with really friendly people. Can't wait to come back.
