The staff were warm and the service was great. Everything was kept clean too. I’d recommend staying here.

The breakfast was good, and so was the service. But the shower head was missing, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned when I entered the room, and the mattress was really hard.

The rooftop was a lovely spot for a meal or some time to relax, and breakfast was very good. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable, the service was quick and friendly, and the location was convenient. It felt like good value for the price. There’s plenty of parking, though the spaces aren’t assigned, so you have to leave your keys. It could fill up quickly, and you might not get a space.

I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel. The staff’s treatment left me with a very bad impression as a tourist, and I think they need training, especially around empathy, communication, and treating guests with care. The cooks and receptionists seemed to offer no useful options or kindness when I needed help. I’d been waiting in reception for exactly ten minutes for breakfast, unaware there was a terrace upstairs. Breakfast is served very early, and when I was ten minutes late, the cooks rudely told me there was nothing because they were already eating. The manager came downstairs and said, “She’s running late.” The rooms are spacious, and the place has a pleasant feel, in quotes. But the mattress is hard, the TV didn’t work, and the sink was dirty and yellow. There are many things to improve, but for me the main one is treating guests as you’d want to be treated.
