There were lots of fun free activities on the terrace, and the hostel is well connected. The staff were great, really helpful and accommodating. The volunteers added a lot of good energy and gave good advice too. Thanks, Julia.

Good value for the price, with a great atmosphere and terrace views. The rooms are nice, and the beds feel private.

The dorms can get a little stuffy, and some don't have windows. Still, it's a really nice place to meet other travellers, with a great atmosphere. Julia, one of the volunteers from France, was especially kind and helpful.

A friend is posting this for me because I couldn't leave a review at the time. The booking was under a different name, and I've emailed you about your response to the earlier review. I had a very upsetting stay here. My belongings were taken straight from a locker in my room. I filed police reports and contacted the staff several times, but the hostel did nothing to help or address what happened. Basic security and guest safety should be the minimum when booking a place to stay, and I felt this hostel failed on both. The lack of accountability and help after a serious incident was unacceptable. If you're thinking of staying here, please think twice. Colombia has many other hostels that prioritize guest safety and take responsibility when something goes wrong. This one isn't among them. The volunteer staff were brilliant, though. They were friendly and helpful with translation, and the hostel generally has a great vibe. Unfortunately, we had a really sad experience here.
