Adolfo, the porter, was super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and straightforward, and I had a good time here. The Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, but it worked well enough for a short stay.

The owner was especially friendly, and the service overall was excellent. The rooms are very spacious, the area feels safe, and there's good parking and a nice restaurant nearby. Just be aware that the prices aren't quite what the room availability apps make them seem. I'd stay here again.

We were a large group expecting to stay in the same area in separate studio apartments, but they moved us without warning to a place 3-4 blocks away, Hotel Montecarlo. The woman there was quite rude and gave no reasonable explanation for the change. The studio felt a little old, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, and the bathroom smelled of sewage. I wouldn't recommend it, especially with so many clinics and hospitals in the area.

It was torture. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived at 12:30 am with our reservation confirmed. The man told us the owner had given our booked room to someone else, and said the only option was to sleep on a mattress he had while they figured things out. By 11:00 am the next day, they were leaving several apartments empty. Because we were upset, they kicked us out at 2:00 am, and we had to find a hotel at that hour in a city we didn't know. Please be careful.
