The Wellness Center was a real highlight. Juliana welcomed me so warmly and made me feel cared for. Her Energy Transmission sessions left me feeling like a new man and reminded me how beautiful the world can be. Atma feels magical, with amazing staff and food too. Try the quesadillas or fajitas. 🤗🙏

The rooms and views were spectacular, and the massages were wonderful. Everyone made us feel so welcome. I can't wait to return, and would recommend the experience again and again.

The restaurant was a real plus, with lots to choose from and huge, tasty breakfasts. The staff there and the guys working around the place were lovely. The setting is beautiful too. Still, there are some organization and maintenance issues: our room had no hot water, and the windows didn't close properly. For what it costs, I expected things to be better organized.

The restaurant and bar staff were fantastic, and Alex was great at both our lakeside romantic dinner and breakfast. Check-in was easy, and the hotel itself is in an amazing location. But communication over WhatsApp was slow, and getting things sorted took time. We were told an Uber could reach the hotel, though some nearby roads aren't suited to a regular city car, which left our driver unhappy. The jacuzzi was too hot on our first night, and we couldn't get anyone to respond. Someone tried to turn off its hot water but instead cut the hot water to our shower. It was fixed the next morning. We also asked for our invoice the night before our 7 a.m. checkout and were told several times it was on its way to our villa, but it never arrived.

The view was unreal, and there was so much to do around this stunning place. Santiago Manzuera and David Gomez were especially kind and made our stay comfortable and fun. We had a beautiful experience and would recommend it to anyone. Hope to visit again!
