The food was the best part of our stay. The menu prices were reasonable, but I had to watch our restaurant bill closely. At checkout, they had added $160 (600,000 COP) to it. I suspected something was wrong, got a new invoice from reception, and honestly thought it had been done on purpose. They don't take credit cards, only cash or bank transfers, and blamed the property's Wi-Fi, which didn't work at all. That made the bill issue feel even more suspicious. There's also a random $7 (25 COP) service fee. The place has potential and a nice lagoon view, but it felt neglected. A balcony glass was missing in our room, there was debris on the grass, and the bathroom smelled of dirt and didn't look clean. The atmosphere wasn't family-friendly either: the bar played loud music until 5 AM, loud enough to make the windows and doors vibrate, so we couldn't sleep well. We skipped the hot springs because only one hot spot was on and it was full. The cold ones were empty, but the area was too cold. There's also a small saltwater hot pool for relaxing, but it felt too small for the number of visitors, especially day-trippers. I honestly don't recommend the place. The experience wasn't worth it.

The lake views are incredible, and the setting is quiet and serene, just right for disconnecting and relaxing. The glamping hotel has a unique feel, with several pools, some heated and some not. Guests in a glamping cabin also get their own private jacuzzi. They've only been open a few months as of July 2025, but demand is already growing fast, so this gem may get hard to book soon. The staff are some of the nicest people, always attentive and ready to help make your stay great. Shout-out to Alexa and Fredy. For an extra cost, they picked us up from the airport and took us on a private tour of Guatape. Contact the hotel directly to book.

I went with friends and we had a great time. The hotel has a relaxed vibe, and they even provide speakers so you can play your own music. The natural-water pools, including hot and cold ones, were lovely, and there's a sunbathing area too. The Turkish bath was super relaxing. The food and service were 10/10. I had an amazing pasta dish, and I definitely recommend the meat dishes. The kayak tour is free and well worth doing.

We had a really good stay. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of towels, and it was a nice place to rest and unplug. Staff service was excellent, especially Sandra, who kept checking what we needed. We went during the week, so the hotel was quite empty and we could enjoy everything in peace. The food was good and served at the stated time. The cold pool is well placed and gets sun all day, while the heated pools were at a pleasant temperature. Water activities were fun, and kayaking was included. The hotel is under repair and being expanded, so keep that in mind. The access road is quite steep and leaving can be difficult. Snacks during the day were limited; more options would be good, and it would be nice if they sold ice cream or popsicles. Bring good sunscreen, the sun is strong by the pool. I'd recommend it, bearing in mind that my visit was during the week when it was quiet.

I've gone three times, and every time there's been a new area to see. I love the pools, and the water slide is so much fun. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. Such a wonderful place to spend time with my family.
