Eco Hotel Monte Tierra Glamping

The views are gorgeous, and the restaurant food was delicious, really gourmet, with good prices too. The place looks just like the pictures, maybe even better. Service was excellent, with staff who were courteous and took care of every little need. If you want a luxury stay, I’d recommend it and would come back.

The glamping site and the views were exquisite, but the caring, accommodating service was the best part. I highly recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed at several hotels around Colombia, and this is my favorite. I’m usually shy about asking for things, but everyone here made it easy to ask questions and feel comfortable. The whole staff was warm, polite, friendly, and generous. I’ve never missed a hotel while I was still on vacation, but I missed this one. Each morning we got a good morning text reminding us that free breakfast was available. At dinner they’d check if we needed anything. Our shower was cold at first. When someone dropped off breakfast, she noticed we hadn’t turned on the A/C and offered help. We explained the shower problem, and she said maintenance would come. I wasn’t expecting it to get fixed and was ready to take a cold shower, but they did sort it out without giving us false expectations.

It’s a magical place to find some peace, whether you’re travelling solo or as a couple. Liz, Mari, Leander, Ana, Amparo y Liliana made me feel at home and at peace. They were always smiling and ready to help with all my questions, and they made the whole stay great. Thanks so much! I’ll recommend the place, share it on social media, and tell my friends.
